Masih Risau

.... sebab baby takde active movement.

As my previous entry, I've told what happened. So disebabkan kerisauan yang amat sangat, I've decided to call PCMC and check whether ada slot tak to see my gynae today. Unfortunately penuh sepenuhnya (as usual). Kalau nak tunggu my routine monthly check-up lama sangat pulak. 20 March nanti. So I told the nurse about my condition. She checked with my gynae and my gynae suruh datang labour room untuk buat CTG as soon as possible sebab takut kot la ada complications nanti bahaya pulak. Masa tu dah burst out dah my tears. Baru rasa macam serious je bunyi nye and takut sangat2 anything bad happened to my dear baby.

Around 10+am kot, terus keluar pergi hospital which like 10 minutes drive je from my office. 1st time masuk labour room, rasa saspen je. Tapi maybe saspen lebih sebab baby kot. Masa mula buat CTG tu, the staff nurse could not find my baby heart beat. 1-2 minutes jugak la. Punya la takut gile masa tu. Rupa2 nya ntah kat mana baby sorok, CTG machine tu takleh nak captured dia. CTG observation tu dibuat selama 30 minit. At the end, found out the heart rate is normal. Alhamdulillah sangat. Tapi masih confuse why baby tak move. Since the heart rate normal, they assumed baby dehydrated. So bila baby dehydrate, dia tak gerak banyak. Macam tu eh? Errrrr... mcm tak masuk akal. Anyhow, I planned to observe the baby's movement for tonight until tomorrow's night. Kalau sama jugak, I'm gonna seek 2nd opinion.

Tapiiiiii... baru kejap tadi, before I typed this entry suddenly, rasa baby gerak. This time kuat sikit. Tapi tak lama. Sekejap je. Keras je rasa.. dia tendang kuat sikit dari the past 2 days. Itu pun kat tepi2. Macam sorok2 je baby. Selalu kat tengah2 perut. Ni nyorok lak dia kat tepi. Just wanna say hi to mommy dia kot and bagi tau not to worry. Tendang2 2 3 kali, pastu senyap balik. Well, I hope dia cuma merajuk or main sorok2 je tu. Baby, tolong lah jangan buat mommy cuak. Mommy dah nangis2 dah tadi takut anything happened to you. :(

Sigh! I hope hubby is here with me. :( I missed him. Oh well, my friend said maybe baby pun rindu kat daddy dia. Bila mommy sedih missed daddy, baby pun sama sedih missed daddy. Tu baby senyap takde tendang2. Hmmm... I hope that is true also.

Oh, btw, sebagai information, hospital yang me akan deliver nanti tu support breastfeeding sangat2. Masa buat CTG, ada lactation consultant datang explain about breastfeeding. I memang dah plan nak exclusive breastfeed pun. Dia kata, what they normally did bila lepas deliver, (ni applies to my gynae, Dr. Seri. Dr. lain I'm not sure) dia kata, gynae akan terus letak baby kat atas dada mommies right after delivery tu. For about an hour. Untuk stimulate the hormone so that mommy boleh breastfeed baby right away. I dont really get it la, but this is what the lactation consultant said - Bila baby diletakkan in between mommy's boobies, hormone akan stimulate and akan produce milk to feed the baby. In the same time, baby will slowly suck mommy's nipple, this will further stimulate the hormone and "push out" the milk and in an hour time, mommy can start feeding the baby. Ok, something like that lah dia kata. Sorry for ayat2 yang berterabur ni. Heheheh... then bila mommy dah move into the ward, baby will not be in the nursery but room-in together ngan mommy. So that mommy can easily breastfeed baby, unless mommy needs the nurses' help to take care of the baby sebab mommy pun penat kan. So along the stay, memang baby will be in the room with mommy, which diorang akan letak dlm baby cot next to mommy's bed. Hmmm ... I'm not sure about other hospitals, kot dah lama praktik things like this or me yang ketinggalan zaman. Hehehehe.. but I love the idea. :)

I pray that my baby will be okay. Saya janji saya akan minum lebih banyak air and see ada improvement tak.
