Setelah peristiwa amuk kan saya di PCMC Rabu lepas *he he he* I managed to see the doctor today. Finally, the stitches were removed. Alhamdulillah! And the wound is nicely healed. Alhamdulillah again.
And my physio went very well. I did the usual hot pack thingy and few exercises to strengthen my muscle, the feet especially. My foot macam weak, according to the physiotherapist lah. So banyak balancing exercise untuk kuat kan muscle.Dan juga untuk kuatkan otot perut!
Oh, the doctor said that my progress is so good! It means that the surgery went very well and that I'm coping well with the "new me". He asked me to exercise a lot (especially swimming), walk a lot *yes yes!!* and even asked me to buy a more comfortable shoe ie: Nike Air, or at least Clarks, or Crocs and a clog is recommended. Yes! I like the idea. I can go shopping! It's a must kan. To make sure the healing process successful! :p (read : sila dengar cakap doctor!) And most importantly to LOSE SOME WEIGHT! Hu hu hu. My next appointment would be another 6 weeks from today. And he wanted to see slimmer me by that time. Errrrkkk...
Tapi, again, anything I do tak boleh over-do. If walk cannot be more than 30 minutes, the same goes to duduk or anything. Kena stretch out selalu. Noted! And he said I can start driving too! Coolness. Tapi My physio tak allow pulak. She said must ensure my muscle dah bebetul kuat baru boleh. So nak ikut cakap sapa?
Ok lah, saya sangat penat ini hari. Sangat! Dan esok pagi, sudah pasti saya akan ajak somi saya exercise di shopping mall sambil mencari kasut yang Dr. Jag suruh :p *ha ha ha*

actually what surgery did u just undergo? Sorry i read what u wrote kat yr profile but dont quite get it. Patutla u mengamok sakan hari tu. But from what i heard pantai punya staff mmg lembs sikit!
RW : i ada slip disc. lower back pain. so the doc operate dekat my back bone, and sucked out the disc yang slip tu.
i bukan kat pantai tp kat prince court. specialist clinic dia memang lembs giler!! nak kena haruk baru cepat sket.
oh ya ke ? i tot pantai. prince crt bukan ok ke service dia? so far tak pernah dgr komplen pasal prince crt lagi la. i tot u went pantai cheras. anyway nasib baik i tak try prince crt waktu pregnant my 3rd hari tu. hubby saja gatal suruh try prince crt konon facilities dia the best. apaapa pun sjmc still rulz! hehehe
masa i admitted ari tu, (in fact twice!) their service kat ward memang tip top! no complaints. tp dekat dia punya specialist clinic (they called it MDC) ada kureng sket. tp for O&G, dia kat level lain tau, bukan kat MDC yang mengong tu. i went once kat O&G dia, ok! but u should try la prince court. very very privacy! seriously. sjmc macam crowded kan nowadays. memang u akan rasa different sangat². before this i normally pegi pantai bangsar. memang lainnnn sangat suasana dia. if you talking about privacy la.. ;) i higly recommended prince court walaupun kes mengong itu. huhuhuhu
